Approval of investment project, proposed by MK Finance
On April 18, 2011 took place the meeting of Investment Committee of Seed Fund “Russian Venture Company”, OJSC, considering the issue of decision making based on results of reviewing by board members of the Investment project “Live Stream Search”, proposed by specialists of MK Finance LLC together with specialists of MeraLabs LLC.
Based on Regulations about the system of venture partners of the Seed Fund “Russian Venture Company” the decision to approve the deal of investment into the Charter capital of the Investment project has been taken.
